You should not use our Platforms if you do not agree with the terms and conditions contained in these Agreements. This website is hosted by Squarespace and its use is subject to Squarespace's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

For example, we collect information when you create an online account, sign up to receive our emails, communicate with us on the Platforms or via third-party social media sites, or order our products or services. We use third-party browser and mobile analytics services, like Google Analytics, Squarespace Analytics, and Facebook ("Facebook Pixel") on the Platforms. Keeping your information secure.

We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost, or used, or accessed in an unauthorized way. We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorized manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.

If you’ve signed up for anything (free or paid) through our site, your name and email address are stored in our email service provider's platform, which is GDPR compliant, but you can unsubscribe from emails at any time by hitting the unsubscribe button in the email footer.

Any information you provide on third-party sites or services is provided directly to the operators of such services and is subject to those operators’ policies, if any, governing privacy and security, even if accessed through the Platforms. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of third party sites or services to which links or access are provided through the Platforms. Data Transfers.

We may transfer your personal information as follows:

Personal Data that we collect from you may be stored, processed, and transferred between any of the countries in which we operate, specifically the United States. The European Union has not found the United States and some other countries to have an adequate level of protection of Personal Data under Article 45 of the GDPR. Our company relies on derogations for specific situations as defined in Article 49 of the GDPR. Data Retention.

We will retain your personal data for as long as you remain subscribed to our email list or as a customer, and for as long as you have access to our online tutorials, courses, workshops, memberships, or exclusive resources (in order to validate your purchase for content access). If you wish to have your information deleted, please contact us (see “How to Contact Us” below), but acknowledge that you may not receive access to purchased content anymore if you want our Company to delete this information.


Our Policy Concerning Minors.

Minors should not use the Platforms. If we learn that we’ve collected personal data from a minor, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Parents who believe that Company may have collected personal information from a minor can submit a request that it be removed by contacting us (see “How to Contact Us” below).
